WHO ARE WE?

Ihs started with a simple idea – that there was a better way to do business by reducing environmental impact and contribute to sustaining of some of our natural resources.

As part of our continued commitment to the environment, we have pioneered the use of Bio Technology in our services, which has zero environmental impact on the environment and were able to achieve the same if not better results than using harsh chemicals. 

With a combined 44 years experience of it’s directors in the Washroom Hygiene Industry gained from around the world (UK, New Zealand and Australia), ihs is a Market Leader, Expert and an Innovator in the industry.

Established in 2003, it is an Australian owned and operated company who is recognized within the industry as being a leading and innovative service provider.

This is in part supported by the fact that we have never lost a customer for neither poor service delivery nor poor product satisfaction.

All service staff are suitably uniformed and we operate a strict Health & Safety Policy for the benefit and wellbeing of our customers and staff.

Onsite Quality Audits are regularly carried out by your designated Account Managers where usage of the services is monitored and condition of the equipment is noted, with remedial action taken where necessary. This ensures the efficacy of the services.
